[Feature Request] Ability to show the cooldown of Minor Arcana (AST)

The recent 6.2 changes consolidated Minor Arcana and Crown Play into a single button. This means that while your card is drawn, Minor Arcana changes into Crown Play, and you can no longer see the cooldown for Minor Arcana.

This is an issue, because high level AST play involves keeping your card held without playing it for nearly a whole 60 seconds - and since Minor Arcana is a 60 second cooldown itself, you won't be able to see it at all, which makes it hard to think about allignment and/or to know when to play your lord/lady of crowns, so that you don't drift.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could add a feature that shows you the cooldown on Minor Arcana, either by showing that cooldown on the button itself while it has changed to Crown Play, or as an extra gauge that could be placed by your hotbar.

Working on an icon for that, similar to how DoTs work

Looks like this feature request is already usable in game but I had a bit of a QoL request! Currently it fades the icon for Lord/Lady whilst Minor Arcana itself is on CD. I'd personally (and looks like someone in the dalamud discord also does) prefer to have the icon never fade
