Simulation failed Allocation of VM # to Host # failed by RAM

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create cloudlet in PlanetLabHelper.java add RAM and BW utilization as 
Stochastic Model  instead of already used Null Utilization model.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The simulation should complete properly because there are enough resources
available for allocation  and migration

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have used cloudsim 3.0.2 and earlier version also on Windows 7 64 bit OS

Please provide any additional information below.
