Clickable `screenshot.sh` Notifications #1

Make it so that when the screenshot.sh notification is clicked, it launches an image viewer or file browser displaying the screenshot.

Not sure if this is possible with the traditional notify-send API but I know that it is certainly possible via dunstify, although using that would be less than ideal as it is not a standard.
