fullscreen vsync not smooth #167

nestopia is doing vsync with no tears pretty well except when playing Hudsun's Adventure, side scroll game, is pretty not smooth. it constantly jitter. fceux emulator on the other hand is pretty smooth, with with vsync or lazy vsync
