request: merge mapper fixes from dragon2snow build #3

I would love to merge support for these mappers, but I can't seem to find source code.

"Programmers United Develop Net" seems kind of sketchy and wants $35. If I try to log in to the forum on nesbbs (with QQ) it won't let me view the forum post if I'm logged in. Wow, this is such an awesome way to post source code!

If I somehow manage to get the source code, consider the mappers merged. :p

I guess the file linked from PUDN is not the dragon2snow build: compare the filename and size with this: https://sites.google.com/site/geestarrawnestopia/nestopia-1-41-1

Someone on this forum requested source, but it doesn't look like he has posted it, and I don't think he has ever posted it with any previous releases. Hopefully we'll see source soon, since I'm sure he'll do the right thing and abide by the terms of the GPL ;).
