Scanline Slider Update #80

Can you modify the scanline slider so that I can get it to look like this on a 1080p screen with no clumps and even lines and space?. This has i tiny bit of room in between each line and each line is not so big. Nestopia has scanlines like VBA-M, a bit wider space in between and a bit bigger lines. I would like to be able to get the scanlines line PCSX2 (When pressing F7 a couple of times). It just looks better imo.

I'll look at doing proper scanlines. I have a few RGB monitors so I can probably make them look perfect by comparing to that :).
