The mapping to pullback the PDE to a reference microscopic domain should work for the following properties:

• varying macroscopic parameters
• nonlinear microscopic mappings

Nonlinear non-x dependent mappings work as well. x-dependent mappings are still broken, however

• Convergence is slightly below second order
• Convergence is not monotonic;
