Large initial error #15

When computing numerical errors, errors are relatively large, even when they converge with the correct order. One should confirm no errors are in place assembling the system

Found the source: larger and larger source domains. The mappings we have tested up until now ensure a larger and larger domain, causing also the errors to be larger. Mappings that reduce the size of the domain also reduce the size of the error. Closing
