Add more manufactured examples #2

In order to benchmark the code better, it is important to take more than one manufactured example. This requires also a framework that allows adding these examples in a relatively easy way

cd4621d contains a script that uses sympy to create manufactured solutions and store the results in deal.II ParameterHandler format files.
