[x] Add flexibility of changing RPC & WebSocket url in Node panel
[x] Implement reconnect logic and UI to reconnect
[x] Reconnect logic should refresh all connections and ethereum node connection related data
[x] Try to use RPC connection if WebSocket connection is provided but not available
[x] Indicate connection status
[x] optimize plugin loading code to load the plugin faster by moving all web3js codes to worker process
