Titanfall crashes when customizing loadout

Titanfall crashes when customizing loadout, i dont know whats the real problem here either my hardware sucks af or the game.

Expected behavior um i can customize loadout like i used to..

Version: 1.7.0

Additional Info My device specs :

Intel i5 4210-U 1.70GHZ (Dual cores) 12GB RAM 500 GB HDD Intel HD Graphics Family Windows 10 Pro Model : Dell Lattitude 3340

it does not crash completely but more like freezes and not responding, white screen or black screen appears with outlines of the game window doubled, might be a gpu issue

Unfortunately this is the wrong place to report bugs on Northstar. Viper is simply a program automating the installation and upkeep of your Northstar installation, and it rarely has anything to do with Northstar crashes.

Whereas Northstar is what actually allows you to mod the game, and so forth. I don't actually know which one of the R2Northstar repos is most fit for opening issues like this, but I'd assume the regular Northstar one would be the correct one.

Perhaps @GeckoEidechse could guide you along to the right place? :)

Unless of course you believe Viper does in fact have something to do with the crash, but it sounds like you just accidentally mixed up the names and repos...

@Hzuki for fastest response time I suggest opening a new ticket via the #help channel on the Northstar Discord server. Alternatively you can also try creating a new post on the tech support discussion page on the Northstar repo.

Make sure to also try and see if the issue also exists in the vanilla game cause if it does, your suspicion about insufficient hardware might be right and there's not really anything we can do.

Either way, please continue discussion in one of the two places linked above ^^
