Not possible to launch mounted on CD drive games #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount a image or a actual CD on a virtual or physical drive
2. Try "demul.exe -run=cd"
3. The game doesn´t start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Game starts =)  What we get: Emulation doesn´t start.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Demul 0.5.8.2

Please provide any additional information below.
