Feature Request: option to turn off filtering in fullscreen. #332

Please create an option to disable bilinear filtering in fullscreen mode.  It 
isn't there in windowed mode and the image is nice and crisp, however when you 
switch to full screen a filter is applied that lowers the image quality.  I 
suggest the option for a point filtering option and 1 to 1 pixel display (no 
stretch/no filter).  This will make what we see much closer to an actual 
Dreamcast output using the VGA cable.

This should be listed as an enhancement, not a defect.  Though I guess it could 
be classed as both.  Sorry, not used this google code before.
