Feature Request: Sega Strike Fighters single screen instance

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running Sega Strike Fighters on Naomi.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect a 1 full screen but I get 3 small screens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
demul07a_310715 with Sega Strike Fighters Rev A set 1.

Please provide any additional information below.
Other small screens say "multislave board."
