Set of changes

Add missing exports of @gql.tada/cli-utils to reference docs
Increase readability of dense code examples
Increase readability of headings and spacing
Add TSDocs to @gql.tada/cli-utils
- No changeset, since this isn't a relevant change for the library itself, but more for the hints in docs
Add missing section to "Writing GraphQL" page on graphql.scalar
