Summary

This adds pages for content that hasn't been documented yet.

[x] Get Started: CLI-related workflows
[x] Guide: Persisted Documents
[x] Guide: Multiple Schemas

Set of changes

Upgrade dependencies and fix styles
Update shell script styling and <details> styles
Add "Essential Workflows" page

Future Todos:

Remove the introduction page
- Move demo video to the homepage
- Add faq collapsibles in a column to the homepage
Move intro text to the "Installation" page
