chore(workspace): migrate to vocs #292

Summary

This starts the migration to vocs, will have to migrate the .css file as it contains a lot of vitepress specific classnames and the shiki stuff for this to be completed. It also looks like ::code-group isn't supported here

TODO

[ ] update shiki config so we support the graphql textmate
[ ] convert theme from vitepress to vocs
[ ] implement Badge component
