Removing any upgrade for the hidden lamp #6

To avoid any conflic with a mods that would add upgrade to the basic lamp (for exemple 5dim), we should nil the next_upgrade

Yes it did cause some trouble. It showed an error saying that if the next_upgrade is set it should be mineable. I also submitted a poll request to 5dim regarding another issue which is not a problem caused by your mod (directly). As 5dim creates two new subgroups for electric pole (substation and big electric pole) the lighted pole needs to be also modify to this new subgroup in order to pass...
