This is technically a matter of opinion so you're welcome to discard this if you like, I just notice it every time I play.

If I where to change that, I'd have to also change the mod name or the inconsistency would annoy me forever.

Besides only the oxford dictionary doesn't fully agree with lighted as synonym for illuminated: https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/lighted?q=lighted https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/lighted https://www.dict.cc/?s=lighted
