Yes, a complete factorio-current.log

here is the log file.

I was able to narrow down the error to this mod "https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Nightmare_Creatures".

One of your mods removes small-lamp. The same error will happen if train-stop or constant-combinator are removed from data.raw.

I'm not going to fully define base entities just in case some random mod removes them.

Edit: Easiest fix would be to ask the author of the guilty mod to add LTN as optional dependency so it can copy the prototypes before they are removed.
