Create Harvester = farms but doesn't break #63

Forge 43.2.21 Overweight Farming 1.19.2 - 2.0.1 Forge Create 1.19.2 - 0.5.1.c

When an overgrown crop is harvested by a Create Harvester, it successfully harvests the crop but doesn't break the crop. This results in an "infinite" farm.
