Ok this works, but I was considering the idea of ​​adding a third element in which it was possible to use any program and in your case htop or btop

But it'll be weird if you allow "any" application to launch, as it makes sense to only allow monitor applications. And we can't include all other top derivatives caz they're boatloads. But the most popular ones are htop & btop...ignoring other DE's independent ones. Caz why would anyone have them on gnome anyways...
