What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connected to Wifi
2. My OS is Kali 1.0.3
3. I'm using Private Wifi (Encrypted with WPA2)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see anything in the http://127.0.0.1:80
after i Click "Start"(and "ok" to the browser Pop-Up)
but at the commands i do see things like that:
Router asking where 10.0.0.1 is. Remind them kindly who the real router is...
[27/May/2013 12:24:26] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 437
[27/May/2013 12:24:29] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 437
['10.0.0.2'] is using sslstrip
Router asking where 10.0.0.9 is. This is the Subterfuge box. Send regular reply.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Python ver 2.7.
I don't know how to check which version of subterfuge i use, but i think it's
the newest version because i downloaded it today from
code.google.com/p/subterfuge.

Please provide any additional information below.
when i run it i'm trying to log-in(Some with SSL and Some Without) to some
sites from othe PC at same Wifi, and i still see nothing.

It sounds like your ARP Cache Poison is unsuccessful. Verify network settings
and check Subterfuge settings. If the issue persists try locating the attack in
wireshark to make sure it is executing properly
