inject-ext-server not present #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running Subterfuge

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the inject-ext-server in the pull-down options in the HTTP Code 
Inject Module. browser_autopwn is the only option.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SubterfugePublicBeta5.0/Kali Linux

Go into the settings page and click the update button to ensure you have the 
latest changes to the tool. The inject-ext-server was a new feature that was 
just recently added. Once Subterfuge has updated, close the program and restart 
it again to see the new changes.
