Can't connect local host after install subterfuge on Ubuntu #116

Hi I'm trying to run the subterfuge on Ubuntu 12.10 but after installation was 
succeeded I'm trying to open the browser in localhost 127.0.0.1 but failed to 
connect . Can you assume what's the problem ? In my server I'm installing 
apache 2 but I remove it and stop the service and it doesn't exist anymore . 
What can I do to run it properly ??  
I'm also stop the apache 2 service and remove it with command sudo apt-get 
autoremove apache2

Subterfuge has it's own server. You probably didn't run the program. In a 
terminal execute: subterfuge
Then browse to localhost.
