I can't start subterfuge using Command line #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
i installed subterfuge publicbeta 4.3 and everything was good but wen i tried 
to open it it didn't work, the problem is as follows

sh: 1: /usr/share/subterfuge/manage.py: not found

please help me on how do i fix this

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
