SEO meta-keywords tag is obsolete #17

It is worth removing the functionality of the meta-keywords tag. They are obsolete now in how spiders index websites for search engines.

"However Google still doesn't support the keywords meta tag." - https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag

It would help clean up the addon, have a smaller footprint and remain up to date with SEO best practices.

I've removed the default meta keywords from the config settings. If a user has already filled the default settings, it will be automatically emptied when saving the SEO settings again.

The SEO keywords per entry are hidden by default / for new installations. If an entry already had some keywords, the field is still visible for editing. This way the old data is not lost.
