SPM results upside down? #196

Hi Todd,

I was hoping you could help with this. I undertook SPM analysis to compare the anterior-posterior COP trajectory between two conditions, but based on the literature, I would have assumed the mean of the two trajectory (left image) to start from the bottom of the y axis (around the 0 approx) instead of the top. The inference as it is make sense if I compare it with the literature, but I was wondering if you have seen already something like this and, in that case, if you think that the data might have been somehow switched around. I tried to flip the data but as I do it, the inference changes too, so that I have the means trajectories starting from 0 but the inference starting from the top of the y axis.

Thank you,

Eleonora
