What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time I have tried to send it produced that error.
2. Time specified was @8:00
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to send it on time.  Here is what the receipt says:

Date Sent: Thu Aug 29 2013 19:57:32 GMT-0700 (PDT)

What version of the product are you using?
Not sure, just downloaded the script today.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm surprised at this!

Checking the code, I do add a 5 second "fudge factor", but I've verified that 
it only adds 5 seconds and not 5 minutes.

Have you been able to repeat this reliably? Also, when you installed, did you 
install through a spreadsheet or through a web UI?
