How to schedule the execution one time per day #125

Hello,

how do I schedule the running at a specific duration, for example only one time 
per day ?
For example at 22H each day.
For the momment you can only choose any 1 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes.

I would like to choose a specific time or at least a specific duration :

22 H each day
or if too complicated : any 24 hours, or even better chooze the duration = any 
1442 minutes for example.
