Can't copy script to run own instance

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I went to 
https://script.google.com/d/1xw99BVptQuHPafUN-hb8tmnY87t0HnJEPdrygx-ZDa-1_bagSY-
yWUlh/edit
2.File -> Make a Copy
3. Get error message "We're sorry, a server error occurred. Please wait a bit 
and try again." Have tried all day.
4. Is this a Google problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I am trying to use your 
instructions to "Running your own instance of Gmail Delay Send"

What version of the product are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.
