Practise creating dates - wrong time if minutes are included #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to my copy of the spreadsheet
2.Having set my timezone to London (ie GMT)
3.Enter December 2 10:30am into 'Practise creating dates' box

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see the time entered in the output instead I get:

A dialog saying: 'Fri Dec 02 2011 18:30:00 GMT-0000 (GMT)' would be sent at
'Fri Dec 02 2011 18:30:00 GMT-0000 (GMT)'

However the entry in the box says '12/02/2011 10:30:00' after pressing enter.

The result appears to be out by the amount I had to shift the time zone from to
get to GMT - I remember it said GMT -8 to start with

Sent a test email and it appears that the script is sending the email at the
correct time. There just appears to be a bug in the Practise Creating Dates box
:-)
