Make sure users know which timezone they are currently set for #31

Now it's a menu setting buried into the script settings and people don't know 
where to set.

Maybe display the timezone on the front spreadsheet so users know what the 
timezone is currently set to.

Current timezone now displayed in spreadsheet in 7.6 release.
