Can not get delayed send to fire unless we run script each time?? #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.changed time zone on script(Eastern)/ran script/created label
2.composed email to myself/on subject line test delayed send --
+10minutes/saved draft/applied label
3.waited and waited but did not receive email.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
an email sent to me at the delayed time entered. Nothing, email sat in drafts.
Not until after we ran the script again did the email fire (which defeats the
purpose).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Apps for Government / Gmail_Delay_Send_0.7.6 / Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Please provide any additional information below.
We were looking into another product as we need to include outside email but we
would have had to enable the IMAP/POP3. Not really an option

Hello Dee,

Could you verify that your triggers were installed correctly? (These
essentially run the script every 5 minutes w/o you having to).

You can check this by:
  * Open the google doc you installed Gmail Delay Send in
  * Tools -> Script Editor
  * Resources -> Current Scripts triggers
  * You should see a trigger setup to run '_RunGmailDelaySend' every 5 minutes.

Thanks!
-Blair
