HTML code in the emails even if set to plain text #56

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set mail to plain text
2. Send as normal with delay send
3. Look at received message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected is plain text, no HTML Code

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Received message will have at minimum </ BR> commands
is this possibly a Gmail issue and not delay send?

Based on my last comment, I have now attempted sending the EXACT same text,
typed in, in a delay message and in a plain text google message, and the HTML
</ BR> only exists on the delayed message, not the direct send from google.

This bug is fixed in the new version of Gmail Delay Send which will be released
soon (closing this now so I can better track which bugs still need to be
addressed).

For updates on the new version please 'star' this issue:

notified when it's officially ready.
