Seems not to work on delayed sending label name containing spaces

e.g "Delayed Sending". Clicking on the label shows "label:delayed-sending" in 
the filter bar, which hints something weird is happening with such names.

Hello lev,

Thanks for taking the time to fill out this bug.  I think the problem was that 
I wasn't quoting the labels so if they had a space the search in gmail was 
returning different results than normal.

This bug is fixed in the new version of Gmail Delay Send (which doesn't allow 
you to enter your own label names) which will be released soon (closing this 
now so I can better track which bugs still need to be addressed).
