Delay-Gmail-send does not delay.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install the script go into gmail delay send
2.compose email with today and later time
3.send it and it just went right away.  There was not delay

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am want to send to hours later but I got it right away

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7.7 of gmail-delay-send.

Please provide any additional information below.
Run windows 7 32bit with Chrome Browser

Hello sang.ly,

Could you enter the date / time that you tried to send the email? Also it could 
me that your timezone is incorrect? If you enter a date in the past the script 
will send the email immediately.

At point 3: He shouldn't send it, right? He should SAVE the email, then Delay 
Send would send it. Right?

I got it to work.  Some how it error iut after the next day I try and it work.
