hi i would like to contribute to this project but there is no read me for me to get an idea of what is project is about. but from the name i think it is about a web app that displays news from bbc?

Hey there! Yea it is. Actually it was just a sample project to show one of my folks how to test angular apps properly. You can just clone that thing and rock the stage. There is no boilerplate or similar, we started from scratch to make everything clear. If you want to send PR, please make sure, that enough tests exist :)
