Add padding to the whole form.
Make Save a primary button (react-native-elements) and use "Add service" as label.
Show Group only if groups.length > 1.
Between Group and Save, I'd add another non-primary button "Show secret" ("Hide secret" when pressed) that toggles seeing the secret.
