In the Service screen we currently have a form with 3 disabled input.
We want to add an icon on the right of each input, and tapping on the input or the icon should:
for service, open safari ands go to the url (let's add the url to the models/Service)
for username, copy the username
for password, copy the secret (as we do normally)
Let's use a tcomb template for this (docs on the tcomb-form-native page).
Also let's always assume that:
either the input is editable, and so it's rendered as an input with no icons, and tapping is just the regular edit
or, the input is disabled, and then we have the icon, and tapping on the entire row (input + icon) does an action
(what I mean is that I want to keep the possibility as simple as possible, so we reduce the code to maintain)
