Avoid SecretList refresh in iOS standalone #99

Regression - SecretList is refreshed on start, so we ask twice for touchid/faceid.

This seems the be on standalone (non expo) only :(

This is actually the same issue as #100, it's not the SecretList being refreshed, but a bug with the StackNavigator that causes 2 instances of the HomeScreen, and thus 2 auth.
