Implementing Dark mode toggle #4

It would be convenient to add a dark mode toggle of sorts to the website where the backend also remembers the toggle settings. I am well aware that the frontend looks like kind of a huge mess and definitely requires a lot of work but it can be definitely put together pretty well!
