Transmission 1.80 is support trackerless torrent, or edit the trackers. 
This feature is exist in GTK client yet.

We do this, after the T guys add the necessary rpc calls. (#2581 ticket)

Finally... The new transmissionbt finally supports editing trackers through the 
RPC :D

yes, I second that. I use Transmission on my NAS so I always have a hard time 
adding trackers from the command line since I don't create torrents that often 
and have to re-learn how to do it each time. From gui would simplify my life.

timgou: use the add/remove button or doubleclick the selected tracker at 
torrent properties dialog. but i added a edit button too (by r744)

To change the trackers, you need at least 2.10 Transmission. I added a check to 
this remote: if trackeredit is not supported by T, the buttons disappears.

using 2.22 daemon,and 3.24 Remote, i can only see the tracker. I cannot Edit or 
Add. the daemon supports adding/editing.
