Add Torrent with option #423

It would be nice to allow in "local options" to set when a torrent session 
starts, it starts from the "with option" screen so users can pick what and what 
not to download.

A bonus wish list is to have tick boxes that scan the torrent to download just 
movie files or just song files.

I'm really missing this feature. Makes it hard to just click torrent links and 
pick where to download them.
