Remove Jython dependencies on units tests #12

Update all existing unit tests and remove existing Jython dependencies to 
ensure these tests run with the CPython version of the library, and add 
additional tests for any new functionality.

We are recreating the unit tests with the CPython version. Essentially Team 7 
decided to just use the test examples in the Media Programming book for unit 
tests.

Modifying Jython unit tests is not longer needed.
