Modify UnitTests to comply with #31

Redo existing unit tests of PyGraphics' image manipulation functions.
Existing tests are to be modified to comply with dependency modifications.
(Removal of Pygame, Numeric)

Modified Unit Tests, all tests pass in Windows.
One test fails on Linux/Mac, fail related to OS path differences.
