2.0 Rewrite #37

Or in fact... 1.0 that should have been but let's bump version anyway.

What I am going to do here is first research what needs to be done as I'm off the freeswitch for some time now.

Write down comments of what you'd like to see and jump to the action.

As well changing license from MIT to Apache 2.0

I am happy to help here. I have used and will likely continue to use this library. I see you want 2.0 to start from scratch. What needs to be done first to get this rewrite going?
