The 3 packages mentioned here are all in the current version of the list.

As for the linked spreadsheet: it seems horribly outdated. It contains Adobe Flash Player, which hasn't been updated since 2012. I'd question the relevance of adding packages from phones that are 10+ years old. I think this can be closed at this point.
