I can't remove Apps From the background (Recent Apps) #554

I can't remove Apps From the background after removing packages i can't kill the process of apps in the recent apps section after debloating

I'll try looking for what package does that

{UAD log} I don't Know What's That and couldn't find it but if it depends on me not closing the app i don't think i can fetch the UAD log

also data option in mobile network was removed

i shouldn't have deleted [ com.huawei.systemmanager ] after i restored it, it worked again.

both data and recent apps worked after restoration
