[This is a carrier package, i removed it and it doesn't give any problems] I removed all those packages on my phone If not why. Leave the brackets blank and explain why.

This package is a bloatware app made by tim that has many permissions so it can spy you or install apps without your consent

What's TIM? I've created a draft PR, but I'd need some more information, because the description doesn't say much now.

This still doesn't tell me much. What's the app for?

The app is a system app that can't be opened but stays in background. It can install/uninstall apps without notify you, access internet, run at the boot of the system, kill background processes, ads and other permissions, its only bloatware, OTA updates works the same without it, i have that uninstalled and nothing happened
